Background
Gainesville Housing Authority is a local agency dedicated to providing low-income communities with affordable housing, job training, technology access, and educational opportunities. As a crucial resource for residents, the authority sought to streamline its housing application process and effectively highlight the diverse programs it offers, including the Job Training & Entrepreneurship Program and the Bridging the Digital Divide campaign.
Objective
Our objective was to develop a comprehensive website that would enable Gainesville Housing Authority to simplify its housing application process while showcasing its array of resident programs. By leveraging advanced design and functionality, we aimed to create an accessible platform that adhered to local, state, and federal housing guidelines.

Our design process began with a thorough analysis of website analytics and user feedback, providing us with valuable insights into how residents and other visitors utilized the website.
